Who can use it

You must be 18 or over. You sign in with your email address and a code we send you; keep your email account safe, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

What the portal is

The portal offers astrology-based readings, letters, rituals, a journal, a Chat with AI guides, and a store. It is for personal insight and entertainment only. See our Disclaimer.

Your account and what you write

Give us true information. You are responsible for what you write in your journal and Chat. Do not use the portal to harass anyone, to break the law, or to try to get into other people’s accounts or our systems.

Credits, purchases and subscription

• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Credits you buy last a year from the day you get them. Credits that come with a Cupid’s Circle subscription last while you are subscribed and are lost when it ends. Other credits you earn or are given may have their own end dates, shown in the portal.
• You can cancel a subscription yourself in My Profile; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Our content

The portal, its texts, pictures and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal use; you may not copy or resell them.

No guarantees
