Purchases in the portal come with a 60-day refund: if it does not feel right, you can ask for your money back.

The 60-day refund

The store shows “60-day refund. If it doesn’t feel right, every cent back” on its products, and on credit packs too. [WHEN THE 60 DAYS START AND ANY EXCEPTIONS: CONFIRM].

What a refund does

• A refund is of the whole order.
• It takes back what the order gave you: access to what it unlocked, and the credits it granted. Unused credits from that order are taken back first, then your other credits.
• If you have already spent credits, your balance may go below zero, and credits you receive later are used to settle it before you can spend again.

Credits and digital products

Credits have no cash value. A credit pack is refunded as a whole order under the same 60-day refund, and the credits it gave are removed. Digital products are delivered at once; a refund removes your access to them.

Subscription

You can cancel Cupid’s Circle yourself in My Profile and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. [WHETHER A SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL CAN BE REFUNDED: CONFIRM].
